North Hampshire

Cornish Coast

The dramatic coastline of Cornwall. Including the secluded bays of the far south west and the sweeping beaches of Bude Bay.

Jurassic Coast

The striking coastal scenery of Dorset. Photographs from a number of locations along the coast from the Isle of Purbeck to Burton Bradstock.

Suffolk

The coastal scenery of Suffolk, between the seaside town of Southwold and the large estuary of the Alde River near Aldeburgh.

Norfolk

The coastal marshes and boat filled harbours of Norfolk, incuding the creek-side hamlet of Burnham Overy Staithe.

Yorkshire

Including the Yorkshire Dales National Park, characterised by its limestone pavements and river valleys with numerous waterfalls; and the picturesque coastal village of Staithes perched on the cliff-lined coast of North Yorkshire.

Northumberland

England's most northern county, with some of its most beautiful coastline dotted with historic castles. Offshore the Farne Islands hold a bird sanctuary of international significance.

Lake District

The varied landscapes of the Lake District including the fells, lakes, rivers, and woods at the peak of autumn colour.

Scottish Highlands

The rugged and remote landscapes of the Scottish Highlands. From high remote mountains to the lochs and coast including the Hebridean Islands of Islay, Skye, and Harris.

Normandy

The sheltered bays and rocky coastline on the north-eastern edge of the Cotentin Peninsula of Normandy, reaching out into the waters of the English Channel.

Flanders

The historic medieval city of Bruges with its picturesque architecture together with the tree lined canals of Flanders. Including Damme and its surroundings.

Venice

The canals, lagoons and striking architecture of the Italian city of Venice including the Gondolas lining the shoreline at Zaccaria.

Northern Norway

The Lofoten Islands and the huge fjord of Tysfjorden after the first falls of snow of the winter. This visit also included a couple of whale watching trips out into Tysfjorden to see Orcas (Killer Whales).

Iceland

A mid-summer visit to the south and west of Iceland, including some of the best waterfalls on the island. Plus a lucky encounter with some young Arctic Foxes.

Swiss Alps

The high alpine scenery of the Swiss Alps in early summer, centred around the village of Zermatt and the dominating peak of the Matterhorn.

Nova Scotia

The coastal and woodland wilderness of Atlantic Canada in the Fall, including the Cape Breton Highlands, Kejimkujik National Park, and the picturesque fishing village of Peggy's Cove.

Namib Desert

The desert landscapes of western Namibia with the highest dunes in the world, together with the African game of Etosha National Park. This trip included a balloon trip and light aircraft flight over the spectacular desert scenery.
